Dust and Mantu partner to bring agentic AI into everyday operations

We’re proud to announce our partnership with Mantu, a global consulting and services group. Together, we’ll help organizations move from AI ambition to operational use, combining Dust’s platform with Mantu’s experience in business transformation, technology deployment, and adoption.
Mantu is already using Dust across its own organization. In just three months, more than 1,600 employees joined the platform, nearly 1,200 began using it monthly, and teams created more than 3,000 AI agents. Employees now exchange more than 30,000 messages a week on Dust.
That experience gives Mantu a practical perspective on what it takes to introduce AI across a large, international organization: how to engage teams, adapt workflows, establish governance, and learn quickly from what works.

The partnership brings together complementary capabilities. Dust provides the platform for teams to build, deploy, and improve AI agents, with access to company knowledge and tools, a choice of models, governance, and visibility into usage. Mantu helps organizations identify high-value use cases, connect data, design and deploy agents, train teams, and guide adoption.
Mantu’s rollout was supported by 40 action plans led by senior management, which identified more than 400 potential use cases. Ten dedicated AI Transformation Leaders and a community of AI Champions helped teams put those priorities into practice. Hybrid Builders, combining business and technology expertise, work with teams to design agents around operational needs and support their adoption.
The deployment also includes a governance model that gives teams room to build while establishing clear ownership and access. Mantu classifies agents as Corporate, Operational, or Personal / Unpublished, according to their intended audience and stage of development. The group also monitors usage and token consumption to help manage costs as adoption grows.

Mantu will work with Dust customers on transformation and deployment, from identifying opportunities through to adoption, governance, and measuring value. The collaboration includes Mantu’s AI Operator Sprint and will draw on its presence in more than 60 countries. Mantu will continue to select the technologies best suited to each client’s business needs, IT environment, and security requirements.
