Your agents just got write access to Google Drive, real-time observability in the Builder so you can see exactly what's happening under the hood, and conversations are now more human with emoji reactions and message links. Plus, Claude Sonnet and Opus 4.6 are live ✨, Granola and Intercom join the MCP lineup, and you can finally export your programmatic cost data as CSV.

Here's everything that's new in Dust.

Dust agents aren't just reading your Google Docs anymore: they're creating them.

Create new Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. Clone or edit existing documents. Add and reply to comments. Format text and insert tables in Docs. All of it, right from a conversation.

It uses the drive.file OAuth scope, so your agents only touch files they create or that you explicitly share.

Building agents without observability is like flying blind. Not anymore.

The Agent Builder now includes a real-time dashboard with usage trends, tool execution patterns, feedback tracking, latency metrics, and RAG behavior, all tied to specific agent versions. You can now see the impact of prompt changes, tool updates, and configuration tweaks immediately.

Conversations just got a lot more expressive. You can now react to messages with emojis and grab direct links to specific messages right inside Dust.

It sounds small, but it changes how conversations flow. Highlight a key decision with a 👍. Flag a question with a ❓. Drop a link to the exact message someone needs to see: no more "scroll up to where I said..." Faster to reference, easier to navigate, more fun to use.

Granola — Your agents can query Granola meetings, list and retrieve meeting details: perfect for turning meeting notes into action.

Intercom — Agents can access and manage support tickets, help center content, and customer interactions directly through Intercom. Available for Intercom US-hosted instances only.

Claude Sonnet & Opus 4.6 — Anthropic's latest models are now available in the Agent Builder.

CSV Export for Programmatic Costs — You can now export programmatic cost data as a CSV file directly from the Credits & Usage page, via the download button next to the Cost Graph title. Analyze and share usage data outside Dust.
