Using Siit
I found 5 open requests in the IT inbox since Monday. Two are about laptops, so I added an internal note on each with the equipment assigned to the requester.

Siit uses OAuth with dynamic client registration. You sign in with your Siit account. Dust can only read and change what your Siit role already allows, and the "Public API" permission must be enabled for that role.
