We've shipped significant improvements to Dust this month. Your agents now work autonomously with Triggers and Builder Observability lets you see exactly where they're crushing it (and where they're not).
Our global agent got significantly smarter and your agents can now generate photorealistic images at lightning speed.
Plus expanded integrations with SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Zendesk.

💤 Your agents now work while you sleep
Triggers transform your agents into autonomous workers. Schedule them to run automatically, activate them from external events via webhooks, and let them write back to your systems: no human initiation required. They grow up so fast! 🥹
You can now build workflows triggered by GitHub, Zendesk, Fathom, Linear, and Jira events to spring agents into action when it matters: PRs opened, tickets created, calls completed, issues updated.
Schedule agents using natural language (no cron syntax), trigger from webhooks, write back to any system using MCP integrations. Full audit logs for every run. Works with your existing agents, without you having to rebuild anything.

Agent Builder Observability shows you everything: which tools your agents use, when they use them, and how behavior shifts between versions.

Our global Dust agent leveled up with powerful new capabilities. It can now remember context across conversations, perform advanced searches through your company data with filesystem-like navigation, query your data warehouses directly for quantitative insights, and use all the tools from your Company Data.
@dust is now a great default agent to handle everyday tasks that don’t require specialized expertise.

Dust image creation is now absurdly fast. Edit anything with natural language. Crop, adjust, modify, enhance, without switching tools.
Plus, Nano Banana renders photorealistic images in seconds.

Auto-create Space for Provisioned Groups – New option to automatically create empty Spaces for groups provisioned in your workspace, streamlining team organization and access control.
Microsoft Teams Integration – Full integration bringing Dust agents directly into Teams. Use your agents where your team collaborates, without switching contexts.
GPT-5.1 in Agent Builder – Access OpenAI's latest model when building custom agents. Available for teams needing cutting-edge performance in their agent workflows.
Customize Tool Approval Settings – Admins can now fine-tune "User approval settings" (tool stakes) for each tool. Control which tools require approval, set appropriate guardrails, and balance autonomy with oversight for your organization's needs.
Docs in Slack – Agents can now send attachments directly to Slack. You'll receive these attachments whether you're chatting with an agent in Slack or when an agent posts to a channel. To enable this feature, your workspace admin must reconnect the Slack bot connector.
