I went through your Fathom recordings with Acme this month and pulled every moment pricing came up.
Pricing signals from 3 Acme calls
- Budget ceiling named (Jun 4 call). Their VP Ops, Dana Reyes, said they have "around 40K approved for this year" and would need finance sign-off above that.
- Per-seat pushback (Jun 11 call). Acme asked whether the per-seat model could shift to a flat platform fee since they expect headcount to grow fast in Q4.
- Competitor anchor (Jun 18 call). They referenced a rival quote of "$12 a seat" and asked how our annual plan compares once onboarding is included.
