Using Power BI
I inspected your Q2 revenue dashboard in Power BI, traced its tiles back to the underlying dataset, and triggered a refresh.
What I found
- Stale dataset. The "Q2 Revenue" dashboard's tiles are bound to the "Sales Mart" dataset, whose last successful refresh was 9 days ago (June 13) — explaining the mismatch with finance.
- Affected tiles. 3 of 7 tiles pull from this dataset: "Revenue by Region," "MRR Trend," and "Net New ARR." The other 4 read from a separate, current dataset.
- Refresh triggered. I kicked off an on-demand refresh of "Sales Mart." It's now processing; the dashboard tiles will reflect updated figures once it completes.
